By using our Service, you confirm that you accept the terms of this policy and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

By using the Services, You acknowledge that You and Your Users are responsible for compliance with this acceptable use policy, and agree to be bound by this acceptable use policy. You are responsible for violations of this acceptable use policy by any User that accesses the Services through Your account.

As the Company cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties on the Service, You agree to use the Service at Your own risk. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service:

• Collaboration spaces.

We will do our best to assess any possible risks for users from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on our Service, and We will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks. However, We are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service We provide on our Service, and We expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in contravention of our content standards, whether the service is moderated or not.

• Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other services without prior written consent.
• Contain false or misleading information or misrepresent facts.
• Violate any applicable data protection or privacy laws.
• Contain personal information about individuals without their consent.
• Be generated by artificial intelligence without proper disclosure where required.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Content

If You use artificial intelligence tools or automated systems to generate Content:

• You must ensure all AI-generated content complies with these content standards.
• You must review and verify AI-generated content before posting.
• You must disclose when content is AI-generated where appropriate.
• You remain fully responsible for any AI-generated content posted under your account.
• You must not use AI to generate content that violates any part of this policy.
• You must not use AI to impersonate others or create deceptive content.

Confidential Information

Any Content provided by You or other users on the Service will become public and considered to be in the public domain unless it is otherwise protected by a separate confidentiality agreement to be entered into between You and other Users prior to sharing any such Content. Using the functionality of the Service, You can require Innovators to execute legal agreements outside the platform. All commercial or legal negotiations between You and another User are separate from the Company's provisions of Services.

Because the Internet is an inherently open and insecure means of communication, any data or information a Customer or User transmits over the Internet may be susceptible to interception and alteration. Subject to the Company's Privacy Policy, the Company makes no guarantee regarding, and assumes no liability for, the security and integrity of any data or information a User transmits via the Services or over the Internet, including any data or information transmitted via any server designated as "secure."

You are responsible for:

• Implementing appropriate measures to protect your confidential information
• Not sharing sensitive information without appropriate safeguards
• Using encryption and secure communication methods where appropriate
• Ensuring any confidentiality agreements are in place before sharing sensitive data

Data Protection and Privacy

You must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, when using our Service. This includes:

The terms of this policy, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
